At Homework, we do consider  “One Call to Do it All” to be our motto. For this reason, we do offer services in addition to our Licensed Trade services. We work hard to perform our Mechanical Systems Repairs and Replacements, while recognizing that we often have to open walls and ceilings, cut out tile, and remove parts of the structure to get at the “behind the scenes” systems. Additionally, as NAHB – CAPS (Certified Aging-in-Place Specialists), we are often called on to do modifications that are more repair oriented.

Remodels

This small kitchen required electrical, plumbing and general repairs (drywall, painting, carpentry and tile work).  Homework, LLC was there to handle the job from start to finish to make sure all the work was done according to code and coordinated – to be sure all systems  worked together.

Finishing Touches

After the systems work is completed, Homework is able to take care of the details…drywall repair, trim work, painting, hardware and more.
